Hello and happy timezones, kind friends! I have greatly enjoyed your responses to my Get to Know You posts!
So, it’s time. Come sit on my porch for a spell. Tea, lemonade and refreshments will be served shortly.
Here are 3 questions! Let’s go!
Round #47:
- If someone brought food to work to share, what would you most like it to be?
- On a scale of 1-10, how much do you hate public speaking?
- If you had to work at an amusement park or a famous landmark for the rest of your life, which place would you choose?
Here are my answers:
- Pizza
- 8 – I’ve done a lot of it, but I don’t like to.
- Cedar Point in Ohio
And now, it’s your turn! If you don’t want to participate, no problem! I’m just glad you’re here. A hello would be fantastic, though! Of course, lurkers are always heartily welcome, too. xo
Thank you so much for reading, liking, lurking, and commenting! You are important!

If someone brought food to work to share, what would you most like it to be?
Some kind of quiche, my favorite is salmon with spinach and it’s quite common here.
On a scale of 1-10, how much do you hate public speaking?
1 – I actually enjoy public speaking and I love to have my audience listen and laugh and interact. I’m a teacher, so I guess it comes with the job 😉
If you had to work at an amusement park or a famous landmark for the rest of your life, which place would you choose?
Parc Avventura close to Barcelona in Spain. There’s an adjoining waterpark, and I just love all sorts of fun rides!
Landmark would be Grand Canyon, so much to discover.
I love quiche. So good! That’s great that you love public speaking. It sounds like it comes naturally to you, which is lovely. I love the places you chose!
Thank you for playing, and happy Friday!
Enjoyed your responses, as always!

Clever question. I’d like to work at a national park, I think. Or the Met Museum. 🙂
Thank you so much, Stephanie! I’m glad you liked them!
I loved your answers! Thank you so much for playing, and Happy New Year! 🥳🥂🎉

Thank you so much, sweet Cindy! Happy New Year!!
If someone brought food to work to share, what would you most like it to be?
A Bento Box
On a scale of 1-10, how much do you hate public speaking?
5… My internal ham dukes it out with my internal hermit for dominance.
If you had to work at an amusement park or a famous landmark for the rest of your life, which place would you choose?
The Louvre.
Very nice. I hadn’t thought of a Bento Box.
LOL That’s funny, but I feel your pain.
Oh, yes, the Louvre is a great choice.
Thank you so much for playing! Happy Sunday!

Hi Kymber, I hope you had a happy Christmas. I like scones with jam. I am used to public speaking so I’m okay with it now. A place to work. I don’t know, perhaps an art museum like Rijksmuseum.
Hi, Robbie. I had a great Christmas, thank you. I hope yours was happy, too.
1. Scones with jam are the best! With some nice hot tea.
2. That’s really good. You strike me as someone who can speak publicly.
3. That sounds really nice!
Thank you so much for playing. Happy Friday!
Good answers. I’ll come to your party.
Nice! Thank you! The more, the merrier! 😀
Merry Christmas Kymber
1. Pizza or sweet treats
2. I’d say 5 now, but 10 when I was younger.
3. The old timey amusement park at Fort Edmonton
Have a great Friday. Allan
Thank you, Allan. Merry Christmas.
1. Right on!
2. With the way you write on your blog, I’d figure you to be a good public speaker.
3. Oh, nice!
Great answers! Thank you for playing and happy Friday!

Woot! That works! 😀 😀 Thank you!
If someone brought food to work to share, what would you most like it to be?
Chili, the spicier the better.
On a scale of 1-10, how much do you hate public speaking?
3, after years of practice, even an introvert like me can do it.
If you had to work at an amusement park or a famous landmark for the rest of your life, which place would you choose?
I am a working systems engineer for a sizable manufacturer. From my perspective at age 70, this is definitely an amusement park. I reckon Dilbert and I are already there.
Spicy chili! Yum!
That’s great to know; there is hope! lol
LOL That’s really cool!
Thank you so much for playing, and I hope the upcoming weekend is good to you! 🙂

It’s trying to take me to your admin dashboard instead of to the post. I’m not sure why.
Kymber, These answers inspired me to join in on the fun!
You too!
Thank you!
Pizza!
No, I’d rather sing than have to talk!
Maybe an aquarium like the one in Corpus Christi.
Me, too! Woot woot!
Me, too! LOL
Cool!
Thank you so much, Kim, for playing! I hope you have a great weekend coming up!

Cedar Point is an interesting answer. It is my favorite amusement park but I rarely make it there living in Texas.
There’s just something about being on the peninsula. The scenery is pretty and the roller coasters are plenty and fast! lol 😀 I hope you get to visit again someday soon.
I would like anything that I was sure a three year old at home didn’t help make it.
I did a lot of public speaking and only hated the prep.
I would like to work in Yellowstone National Park.
Hi, John!
Yes, meeee, toooo. LOL I just cringed when I read this. LOL
I bet you’re a very good public speaker.
I pondered about Yellowstone and I think that would be wonderful!
Thanks so much for playing! Happy Thursday!
I hope you have a super balance of the week, Kymber.
Thank you, John!

Burgers! Right on!
That makes sense about hating it unless you’re lecturing. I don’t think I could even do that.
Happy Thursday and thank you for playing!
i ve done it many times!
That’s awesome!
perhaps but i would describe it with a different superlative!
LOL 😀
an ode to frances gumm. ready???
Oh, yes, you bet! Ready and waiting!
tis there. poor judy. died too young. too much too fast never a good thing.
So true. I sometimes get heartsick when I learn of things she went through.
Excellent questions Kymber,
1. I am with you 100 percent on Pizza!
2. I would say a 25! No public speaking for me. Thanks. LOL!
3. Walt Disney, Orlando.
Cheers! Have a good one!
Thank you, Suzette! I’m glad you like them!
Cheers to you, too! And Happy Thursday!
Lol! Thanks for the fun questions, Kymber. Blessings to you!
Blessings to you, too, Suzette! xo
Merry Christmas and happy timezones to you! I love your get to know you posts! Here are my answers:
There are several people who are most excellent bakers, where I work, so I’m always hoping for some of their treats. I like the cookies best.
10 (assuming 10 means I really, really, really hate it). I’m a musician. Give me some music and I’ll sing all day to total strangers, but don’t make me speak.
Your answer is a great one. Cedar Park is on my bucket list and appears to be the roller coaster capitol of the world! I think, though, that I would choose Hershey Park. I love that place. Knott’s Berry Farm would be a close second. If I had to stay in my current location, then I would be happy at Six Flags Over Texas.
Yes, Merry Christmas and happy timezones to you, too! 😀 😀
Oh, fresh bread sounds amazing! Yes 10 is the absolute worst. 😀 I’m with you, as a former performer myself. Just let me sing my thing and let me quietly slip away without having spoken during the gig. I was not the best frontman on that account. You must visit Cedar Point! Roller coasters galore! 😀 I have not been to the ones you listed, but I’ve heard of them and would like to visit.
Thank you so much for playing! Have a happy rest of the week and weekend, too!
Love your answers as usual Kymber! 💕 never been to Cedar Point, and I feel you on the public speaking! 😆 I’m sure pizza would be a favorite among (cough!) many haha 🤣
Thank you, Laura!
Cedar Point is the roller coaster capital of the world, so they say. LOL It’s a lot of fun.
Public speaking, let’s not get me started on that. LOLOL 😂
Yes, LOLOLOL I imagine so.
Thank you so much for playing, and I hope you have a fabulous week and weekend!
