My favorite kind of cake is also chocolate cake with chocolate frosting! But I also would be hard-pressed to turn down a slice of lemon cake with lemon frosting. Or spice cake with cream cheese frosting. Or cake with frosting. LOL!
The best part of my week was finding out that I am getting every other Friday off, going forward (starting next week). (The worst part was finding out I’m working every Monday, instead.)
I try to make myself invisible in a room full of strangers. Or maybe I just walk around eavesdropping until I hear a conversation about something I am interested in.
If I opened a restaurant, I would call it “Bickley’s Brews and Books.” It would serve coffee and snacks and books.
I have not consulted with my wife on that last one.
That made me laugh. I hope she approves, because I’d absolutely visit that shop.
I would eat those, too! Gladly! LOL
That sounds great, having every other Friday off, but to have to work every Monday doesn’t sound like a fair trade.
