Today, we are joining in on Esther’s challenge, Can You Tell a Story In…
Esther says, “This week, can you tell a story in 49 words using the following words in it somewhere: diet, wasp, xylophone, chivalry, U‑turn?”
Here is my attempt:
He blamed his new diet for the moment he tried chivalry and rescued a wasp from the windowsill. It hovered, unimpressed, then chased him down the hall. He panicked, made a U‑turn, and decided he’d retire from good deeds until further notice, preferably forever.
Word count: 44… oops again. I can’t ever seem to get the exact word count right. lol

You did well. I have never tried one of those. Why not just ending it forever, and ever, and ever, then it should be 49. Just kidding I think 44 is close enough.
Good one Kymber.
Haha, not all kindnesses are repaid.
