I’m late with this week’s Featured Comment. I’ve had a lot going on, and Thursday slipped past me before I even noticed. So I’m posting it now, because the week doesn’t get to win just because it ran faster than I did.
Sandra (SanVercell) wrote something that stayed with me on the post Not Today, George. She didn’t turn it into a lesson or try to make it neat. She just said the truth as she sees it, and it landed exactly where it needed to. Today is still here. That’s enough reason to pay attention to it.
“Love this story. It is a reminder for me that we are all dying and as long as we are here, it’s not today. It’s a reminder to appreciate today while we still have today. Thank you for sharing.” – SanVercell
Some comments stay close to the heart of a story and name the thing you were circling without trying to reshape it. Sandra read Not Today, George the same way I did when I wrote it. She caught the simple truth sitting inside that moment and carried it a little further. I tucked her words here because they meet the story where it already stands.
You can find her writing at GLORIOUS-IMPACT.
The comments this week were thoughtful and kind. I’m grateful for the warmth you bring into this space.
Thank you for reading, liking, lurking, and commenting. You are important!

That’s a wonderful comment to share, Kymber!
Thank you, Jan. It really touched me.
That’s a great comment, Kymber. I think that the moment we are born, our bodies begin to die from microbial and other infections. Its a toxic world.
Thank you, John. You’re right that the world can feel harsh at times. I think that’s why those small moments matter so much. They give us something steady to hold onto.
Amen
Thank you, Joy. xo

Thank you, Aptivi. I’m glad it struck you the same way it struck me. You always read the heart of a moment, and I really appreciate that.🌺😊
