I know it’s a little presumptuous of me to have enjoyed your Cesare so much, but he did give me lots of reason to smile through your wonderful posts and comments.
I did sense that extraordinary charisma he had. I was so happy that he didn’t dismiss me as a peon right away. As it turns out, he was not that kind of Cat. He seemed gracious and well mannered during his pubic engagements.
He had that kind of presence. Once he decided you were acceptable, you were in. Cesare carried himself like a gentleman, even when he was being ridiculous.
If gene splicing ever gets us another Cesare, I hope they remember to include the part that makes a creature kind. The AI’s may not blink, but I’d still trust the original model more than anything built in a lab.
Me too, carbon copies always turn out creepy in the movies. Since we appear to be copying all the latest science fiction, we have to remember to allow some deviations through natural processes or we will become like car brands. The Honda 2030 models comes with an even temperament in traffic but lets loose on the open road. . .😳
You’re right, carbon copies never end well. If we start acting like car models, I hope I don’t end up with the temperament package that only behaves in traffic and goes wild on the open road.

Makes me want to go crawl back in bed and snuggle under the covers, only it’s too hot! 🙂
I know, right? Makes me feel the same way! lol Thank you, Jan. 😸
I have such fond memories of plotting to conquer the world with Field Marshall Cesare and his army of chipmunks. May he forever rest in peace. 🙏🕊️🕯️
He took his command seriously. I’m glad you remember those days with a smile. I do, too. 😸🌺🩷

It isn’t presumptuous at all. I’m glad he made you smile. He was a good boy, and it means a lot that you remember him that way.
I could tell that Cesare was a well cultured and noble cat. He clearly had royalty in his ancestry.
He had that calm, old‑world dignity. Even when he was being ridiculous, he still looked like he came from a long line of important cats.
That is quite the legacy for the others to live up to.
He set the bar high. The others do their best, but Cesare had a way about him that’s hard to match.
I did sense that extraordinary charisma he had. I was so happy that he didn’t dismiss me as a peon right away. As it turns out, he was not that kind of Cat. He seemed gracious and well mannered during his pubic engagements.

I love that about him. We were all enriched by him sharing his life with us.
It’s good to know Cesare stayed with you. He had a way of doing that.
He shall live on in memory as a positive example and true friend of the people.
He really was. I always pictured him greeting guests at the door with a mojito and giving them the grand tour. Cesare took hospitality seriously.
I enjoy a good mojito. That is a clever way to break the ice and welcome guests.
He was always so clever that way. Guests loved him.
He was instantly lovable even through my iPad screen, I knew he was a BOSS Cat of the highest caliber, and he looked so cute and huggable.
He took his job very seriously. Being adorable was just part of the uniform.
WE need more people like that. I wonder if future generations of gene splicing will help? The AI’s will do it without blinking.

I do hope we get to choose our options.
Yes, me, too!
Just lost a pawed niece. This is comforting.
I’m so sorry for your loss, Jacqui. I’m glad this brought some comfort to you. xo
Looks so cute even when sleeping, Kymber 🤩
