Esther’s Writing Prompt: The Work No One Sees

For Esther’s Writing Prompts challenge, using the prompt word “exercise.”

I’ve learned that exercise isn’t always about movement. Some days I’m keeping my thoughts from running too far ahead. Other days I’m choosing patience when irritation tries to take over. And sometimes I’m letting go of something I’ve carried too long. These small efforts shape a life more than any workout ever could. They’re quiet, but they matter, and their effects stay with me long after the moment has passed.

Truly inspired and scary-honest. Nicely-done you. You shouldn’t be a nurse, you should be teaching creative writing at a university or college!!!!!!!!! xx
