Hello there, Friends! I’m sorry I’ve been MIA for so long. So much has happened beginning with my Sims 3 game going nuts. I did post about all that, but then my laptop crashed and I haven’t gotten it fixed yet. On that computer is my current Sims save which means I can’t continue Love’s Winding Road until I’m back on that laptop.
In the mean time, I’m planning some short stories like I used to do with The Willoughbys and It’s the 20s! Hopefully, you’ll find it entertaining.
I do have some really exciting news! We have a brand new Little in our lives as our daughter Katy gave birth to our third grandchild (and first grandson).
We are over the moon with our Littles and I’ve been helping with them quite a bit. As you can imagine, there is nowhere else I’d rather be.

We now have three Littles, all under the age of three. It’s a big job, but we’re so happy to help where we can.
I’m a bit torn regarding what I want to do because, as you know, over time, interests can change. As well as my stories, I would like to include book reviews, too. As of this posting, I have 23 books I’ve read recently that I’d love to share with you. Please let me know if you would like to see book reviews.
There are many comments on this site that have gone unanswered. I feel that is terribly rude of me, but I want you to know that I have read each and every comment, and if you’ve left some that have gone unanswered, please accept my apologies. In the past several months, I’ve been suffering migraines but know that I appreciate your input so much. I will try to do better.

Wow, you’ve been busy, my friend! Congrats on the newest grandbaby and a grandson at that! You all must be so thrilled and excited. Definitely enjoy this time because it flies by so fast. ♥️ Awww man! I’m sorry to hear you’re having computer troubles. I can see why you’re torn, but I will certainly read whatever you decide to put up. No matter what it is, it will be awesome! I would definitely love to see the story continue if you can save it but if things were going to crap out, at least the right side is that it happened early on in the story.
Oh, my game was giving me total fits when EA forced our hand on changing over to this new app and shut down Origin. I lost so much content and had to figure out how to get it back. I finally did after a lot of research and fiddling, and things seem to be going well. Because of all that, I couldn’t do much with my stories until I fixed things. Anyway, I am back in action, thankfully, and actually got a new chapter up. 😄 I also started my “Meet the Families” series that goes along with my main story. Now, I feel like I can move things along, which I am super excited about. Anyway, I hope you can recover your stuff, and, like I said, you will always have me as a friend and fan. ♥️♥️😀🦋🤗🐼

Yeah! What’s up with shutting down Origin? The new app is taking a lot to get used to. I commiserate with what happened to your game. Sims 3 has always already been a stinker of sorts, they didn’t need to add to the problem. LOLOL

So went to the Orthopaedic Surgeon on Thursday and I’m booked for an MRI… in January… our public healthcare is so borked they have a backlog of MRI’s and only one machine working in the entire region. Wish they would ask private hospitals to do like community service or something in their downtime
Ooooh, thank you for letting me know. I can’t believe you have to wait so long! I really hope you aren’t suffering badly, my friend. :'( I think that’s a good idea to ask private hospitals to do that. I sure hope they can somehow make this happen sooner.
Is there a list of some kind where if someone decides not to have their test or if someone cannot make their appointment, you can take their slot?
They have a wait list but it’s basically just a “everyone shifts 1 appointment up” kind of deal. So even if 20 people fall off, it will still probably only take me to December… Also the way our public hospitals work is give 10 people the same appointment time and attend to as many as you can in the working hours and anyone left gets told to come back later. So they basically overbook everything! I intend to be first in line on my day, so they can’t say they can’t see me…
