For Esther’s Writing Prompts challenge, using the prompt word “bank.”
I keep a small bank of quiet moments.
Morning light on the porch.
A cup warming my hands.
The soft shift of the day before it begins.
I draw from it when life tilts.
It steadies me every time.

Those words ring so true to me. Draw on those times to pull you thru hard times.
Are you still nursing? I am semi retired and work so casually in such an easy setting that I once again love it! Bernie
Hi, Bernie. I’m glad you liked this.
I’m not in nursing anymore, although I did love it a lot. I was very passionate about it.
What was your specialty?
I would say my specialty was hospice.
Quite opposite from mine which is the Operating Room. Orthopedics is my speciality.
That’s very interesting.
That sounds idyllic! 💖
Thank you, Debbie! 💗🌺

“bank of quiet moments” is a creative response to Esther’s prompt that I have not seen anywhere else. Very cool!
Thank you so much, Thomas. It’s my first time doing her challenge. 😀
I liked this and yeah I had some of your emails go to my spam folder and fixed that, thought that it was just mean
Thank you for checking. WP has been rather aggressive with me the past few days, I think.
