Yay! My first story from your blog! XD
I like Mr. Warren, he’s way more handsome than hot-tempered Gordon. I also find this way of telling the story with pictures as if they were part of a photo album very neat!
Thank you for reading and commenting! 🙂 I’m so glad you have enjoyed It’s the 20s. I love the 1920s so much. The architecture, the clothing, makeup, everything. 😀 I was just thinking today, I needed to get out a new chapter of that story. 😀
Awww Clementine is so pretty! 💕 I love that sweet little face of hers! And I bet she will come to realize she’s beautiful too (it’s totally natural to feel funny at that age)!
And I’m glad that Stella found happiness with Mr.Warren 🙂
Thank you so much 🙂 I think it’s natural to feel awkward at that age, too. I know I did. lol Stella does seem super happy and I’m glad, too. I think I saw Gordon the other day in the city but I ignored him. LOL
Aaw, Clementine is pretty, though I don’t suppose I felt very pretty at age 12! The pictures for this story are so nice, and it’s nice that Stella’s relationship with Mr. Warren continues to go well 🙂
Thank you, Louise. 🙂 I know I felt pretty ugly at 12. LOL I think Clementine is a beauty, though, too. Thank you for the picture compliment. I just used a bit of sepia on these. Your pics are incredibly amazing, always. <3
I think that’s normal 😛 unfortunately, it only gets worse once she reaches her teens!
Yours are always amazing as well <3 I did think I saw a little bit of sepia, and it suits the style. The eyes on your sims are to die for as well 🙂 (I’m very focused on eyes lately because I just changed my defaults, lol).
Not really, no 🙂 I do little edits now and again if there’s no highlight (the EA highlights are so weird!) I won’t have to do that with the new defaults, though, since they have painted on highlights 🙂
Stella is already very pretty and certainly will grow up to a beautiful young woman. Her mother seems happy with her new husband, too!
This post card looks great.
Thank you so much, Jowita. 🙂 I think she’s already pretty, too, but I was thinking about Blue again and how she kind of had to grow into her looks. And I remember what I looked like at 12! :O :O :O LOL
I’m glad you like the postcard. I had fun making it.

That sounds cool. I intend to start reading Memphis story soon. You’ll know when I finish it.
That’s wonderful, thank you! 😀
I have an It’s the 20s coming out on Wednesday. 😀
Oh lovely life but sooo quiet for a 12 year old.
This is true. It’s too bad Stella and George didn’t have children so she could at least have a sibling.
She is a very somber child
I agree; she really does seem to be.
I understand she’s young and insecure, but Clementine really is gorgeous! Hopefully she will be more confident when she’s older.
A trip should be fun! I wonder where that hotel is located.
Thank you, Heather. 🙂 I think as Clementine gets older, she’ll realize her insecurities were unfounded. I expect she’ll be prettier than her mother.
That’s a good question about the hotel. Answers, coming up! lol 😀

Mic check one two one two 😛
(and it has me logged in already too!)
Hahahaha Soundcheck turned out great! Thank you so much! 😀
Weeee!
Whaaaat? Clementine is gorgeous! But, 12-year-olds have a way of not seeing it.
Thank you, Jes! Hey, look! I see your comment!

LOL Oh the teen years, do not remind me. 😛
Awww thank you. I really don’t feel like I have your artistic eye, though, tbh. 🙂 Oh, the eyes! 🙂 I’m focused on those, too.
Nonsense 🙂 I think you do! <3 So many pretty eyes, though it was a pain to get mine just right, ha, ha 😀
LOL You’re too kind. Do you use any tools to make the eyes stand out?
Not really, no 🙂 I do little edits now and again if there’s no highlight (the EA highlights are so weird!) I won’t have to do that with the new defaults, though, since they have painted on highlights 🙂
That sounds really great! I can’t wait to see the pics with the new settings!

Whoops, I meant Clementine!
LOL Oh, yes, I knew you meant Clementine. 😀
