Cass has lived her whole life in one place, never questioning her past. Then a single, vivid memory breaks through and destabilizes everything she thought was true. As her familiar world starts to warp, West becomes the one steady presence she can feel. Door 17 is the point where her current life and her buried history collide, and once she reaches it, the lie she’s been living can’t survive.

a wonderful read I think! Looking forward to this one!
I like that very well! It sounds as if it could get a little scary, but maybe not too. Thanks!
Thank you! I’m so glad you liked this teaser! You made my day!
Sounds like a gripping thriller! I’m intrigued…
Thank you, Debbie! That makes me so happy!
That sounds like a great story starter. Memory is associative. When I go back to places in northern Sweden that I have not seen for 40 years many memories come back to me that I would never have remembered otherwise. A lot is hidden in our forgotten memories.
I’m glad you told me this, Thomas. That makes sense. I’m glad you like the teaser for my story, and I hope you will like the book, too, once it’s released.
I do like where this is headed. Maggie
Ooooooh!! Thank you so much! xo
A compelling story setup—introducing a turning point where a hidden memory disrupts identity and unravels long-held assumptions about the past. ✨📖
Thank you, Safia. I’m so happy you found it compelling. I hope people will want to read my book when it’s finished.
