Happy timezones, friends! It’s so good to be here after my long absence.
I’m feeling well after open heart surgery, and I wanted to make sure and thank you all for the cards, messages, and wonderful comments of encouragement you left for me. I can’t tell you how much it all means to me.
I also wanted to thank Bee with all my heart for holding down the fort and keeping you all updated. She is my rock! One of the terrific things she did was to read your lovely comments to me when I couldn’t read them myself.
So where are things now? I feel much better than I did before surgery. Woot! And Home Health Care just discharged me from their services the day before Thanksgiving. They really helped me out, providing nursing care and physical therapy.
I can’t wait to catch up on all your blogs and to post a few things, too.

You are a true and blessed Light Being, Kymber. I’m so relieved you are back with us sharing your light on our dark days. I too, struggle with a bit of heart problems. I remember once practicing kicking the bucket and was surprised the last thing to go was my hearing. I heard my last breath rattle in my throat and then someone announcing I was gone. I went to a place where I got the best nap of my entire life. After some rough treatment with electricity, physical, and chemical intervention, I popped open my eyes and was immediately in a bad mood for having my nap interrupted. I got over it quickly because I’m habitually cheerful. I’ve since had lots of time to be grateful and I’m grateful to see you back here.

I’m sorry for the scare, Kim. 🙂 It scared me, too. lol I’ve been sick for a few years but no one caught this until it got pretty bad. I’m so thankful for the medical team that took care of me. Good to see you, my friend!
