Little Hands

Little hands at play,
Pots and pans sing joyful tunes,
Drumsticks dance and sway.

Very cute. I couldn’t help but smile as my little one loves to smash her spoon on the table. It’s not quite pots and pans, but it still keeps her entertained!

Hey, that works for me as long as she’s happy. 😀 I never cared how much noise my children made as long as they were playing nicely with each other. 🌺🌸

Well, that takes me back. When I was younger, my Mom would often give me a pot and wooden spoon to entertain me and keep me out of her way in the kitchen. Not sure the din was any better than the interruption of my questions. Happy September Kymber. Allan

One of the gems in childhood for me was my spirit of adventure and its supporting resourcefulness. I used to turn my dreams into reality. Your little boy with his ‘drums’ reminded me of my growing up in the African wilds, where improvising was the order of the day. Thank you for tickling my memory Kymber.

Ha ha great little poem and picture too. I remember those times. We lived in an apartment in Sweden and my wife had been traveling with our oldest son who was 1 1/2 years old at the time. He was jet-lagged and up at night. It was 2:00AM and he was playing with pots and pans when our neighbor from upstairs knocked on our door. He was a British gentleman who asked with a very British accent “are you moving furniture?”. I said no, it is just our son playing with pots and pans, but I’ll get him to stop and I did.
