Hello and happy timezones, kind friends! I have greatly enjoyed your responses to my Get to Know You posts.
So, it’s time. Come sit on my porch for a spell. Tea, lemonade and refreshments will be served shortly.
Here are 3 questions! Let’s go!
Round #80:
- If you woke up tomorrow as a kitchen appliance, which one would you be and why?
- What’s your favorite type of sandwich?
- What do you think your last words will be?
Here are my answers:
- I’d be a coffee maker because it is cozy to me.
- Mediterranean Pita with fresh veggies and tahini sauce. So good.
- Well, that didn’t work. lol

And that, my friends, is a touch of booomcha.
And now, it’s your turn! If you don’t want to participate, no problem! I’m just glad you’re here. A hello would be fantastic, though! Of course, lurkers are always heartily welcome, too. xo
Thank you so much for reading, liking, lurking, and commenting! You are important!

[…] Kymber’s Get to Know You post #80 offered these questions, and my answers appear immediately after. […]
Thank you for playing!
Done!!
Thank you! Loved your answers!
I’m sitting here trying to answer this but all I keep thinking about is the flaws of each one. I was going to say kettle, but they tend to need replaced every two years. I’m going to say hand mixer, because I would get a fun ride each time something needed to be made.
Turkey sub on Italian bread, with mozza cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and mayo. I was thinking about one while in the hospital yesterday!
Well I guess it depends who is with me. Considering my hospital stay yesterday, I don’t want to think about death right now.
I like the hand mixer answer! Sounds fun!
Nice sandwich! I hope you get one soon.
I don’t blame you there.
Thanks for playing, Bee.
Your answers are fun, Kymber. I would be a washing machine and make a woman’s life easier. Sandwiches, I tend towards plainer food so probably toasted cheese and tomato. I haven’t ever thought about 3 but I’d like My Favourite Things from The Sound of Music played at my memorial.
A washing machine, especially for that reason, is a great idea!
I love your sandwich. That would hit the spot just about now.
That’s lovely.
Thank you for playing!
My pleasure.
Save a place for me besides you, Kymber…😋 coffee maker for me to please lol…
🤍
Right on, Destiny! <3
These are my answers
If you woke up tomorrow as a kitchen appliance, which one would you be and why? I have never thought of myself as a kitchen appliance before, but I would pick a refrigerator and put beer in it.
What’s your favorite type of sandwich? I think a liver pâté sandwich with beets and mayonnaise is pretty good.
What do you think your last words will be? That is very difficult to know but possibly take care of the dogs or take care of the planet
LOL I like that a lot. 😀
I’ve never had that kind of sandwich before. Very interesting.
I think that sounds very “you.”
Thank you so much for playing, Thomas!

Plunger! LOLOL I just spit my water out, laughing.
I’ve never had that, although, I’ve heard of it.
LOLOLOL Great last words!
Thank you so much for playing. Cheers.
[…] I don’t know where I was going with this post, yet I felt it would be appropriate for my Get to Know You #80 blog post […]
Thank you, Heidi! Your answers were fun!
Your last words made me laugh. Oops! 😆
1) I would be a microwave, because it heats quickly, unlike me, who’s always freezing in the winter.
2) Thinly sliced Mortadella light and sweet gherkins on warmed Focaccia bread
3) It’s been fun…✌️
LOLOL It’s okay to laugh. 😀 😀
Me, too, Debbie! Maybe I should have also been the microwave. lol
That sounds really good!
I think those last words definitely sound like you.
Thank you so much for playing!

If you woke up tomorrow as a kitchen appliance, which one would you be and why?
Coffee Maker – Because, well, why not …
What’s your favorite type of sandwich?
Peanut Butter and Jelly or Tuna with Avocado spread
What do you think your last words will be? Awe Crap !!!
I’m so glad you found this to be fun. I love seeing what people have to say. I’m tickled you shared yours, Willie! Thank you so much!
Just like me! I said coffee maker, too.
I haven’t had tuna with avocado spread before, but I can see how well they would go together.
LOL I love your last words!
Thanks so much for playing!
🤭😁🤣🤗
😂🤣
toaster
pbj
sic semper trump!
Nice. A toaster creates comfort food, as another Reader put it.
Yum! Great choice!
Interesting last words.
Thank you so much for playing, your answers are great!
the little toaster! and ben rages on at djt! good job ben . good job kymber
I love that “idea” of porches because where I grew up most people had those and used them with socializing!
I feel the same way. We live in a little village where people say hi to each other while you’re on the porch. It makes me feel nostalgic, for sure.
Very nice! One thing we did much more in Kentucky was “wave,” not just from our porches and it didn’t matter if I knew them or not! Where I’m at now, I sometimes get the strangest looks after waving at someone I don’t know. That doesn’t stop me because my “wave” is so engrained in me now, I’m always going to do it!
I love that. You keep being you, my friend.
I think this is good, and I love that you wave. I do, too.
I will and you do the same!
Will do!
Maybe a blender. The way the blades spin makes me think of a carnival ride.
A calzone with tomatoes, pesto, and mozzarella drizzled with balsamic.
Wait! I didn’t get to finish my TBR!
A carnival ride! That sounds like fun, now you mention it!
That sounds really good, Teri!
LOL I love your last words!
Thank you so much for playing.
If you woke up tomorrow as a kitchen appliance, which one would you be and why? Like Kymber, I would be a coffee maker. I would be able to make and drink as much coffee as I wanted.
What’s your favorite type of sandwich? Grilled ham and cheese on sourdough bread.
What do you think your last words will be? I wish I had more time for coffee.
Right on with the coffee maker!
That sounds good!
LOL Those last words are great!
Thank you for playing, John!
If you woke up tomorrow as a kitchen appliance, which one would you be and why? The coffee pot. It’s the first thing I want in the morning.
What’s your favorite type of sandwich? Raley’s California turkey gourmet sandwich.
What do you think your last words will be? I’ve lived a wonderful life.
Have a fabulous day and rest of the week, Kymber. Love and hugs. ♥
You and me both! 😀
That sounds good!
Wonderful last words, my friend.
I hope you are having a great day and week, Sandee! Love and hugs. xo

[…] It is Thursday afternoon (UK Time) so it is time for Kymber’s Get to Know You. […]
Thank you! I can’t wait to read your answers!
Loved your answers!
I’d be a blender cause I like mixing it up!
Tuna salad is a great sandwich.
I’m ready, Lord.
A blender is a great answer!
You are right about that!
Great last words, Kim.
Thank you so much for playing!
Of course, I love this game!
And I love that you love this game. lol
Happy timezones, Kymber!!
1) I love this question! Coffeemaker is a great answer, because it may be the most used appliance in the kitchen (microwave is right behind it). But I think I would be the toaster. Always ready and reliable to make a simple comfort food. Warm and cozy.
2) My initial thought is cheeseburger, hands down. Sometimes with bacon, sometimes not. But if I were required to give a “non-burger” answer, it would be harder. It would probably either be grilled cheese (again, with a variety of other ingredients) or tuna. But most of the time, when I eat tuna, I don’t bother with making a sandwich.
3) I really, really hope that my last words will be “Thank You!” Last words on this side, first words on the other side. “Thank You!” 💜💜💜💜💜
I like your toaster answer, Jeff! Makes sense to me.
Good sandwiches! I think they’re all tasty.
I like that and think that’s a great answer, too.
Thank you so much for playing!💗🌺
Jeff, I like the grilled cheese answer because it’s a comfort food and I like to think of myself as a comforter.
You are, Court. You’re definitely a comforter, and prayer warrior, too!
💜
🌸🩷
1) I’d be an espresso machine. I work well under pressure, sometimes I get steamed and I like variety.
2) An Italian panini (form the Italian Center).
3) Where did the time go?
Happy Thursday Kymber. Allan
An espresso machine; great answer!
That sounds good.
Great last words.
Happy Thursday, Allan!
Morning Kymber! Awesome questions and I enjoyed your answers!
If you woke up tomorrow as a kitchen appliance, which one would you be and why? I would be a stove… I like the heat!
What’s your favorite type of sandwich? Mine is chicken salad!
What do you think your last words will be? Awe, finally relief!
Good morning, Lorrie!
I don’t blame you for being a stove. The heat is nice.
So yummy!
Good last words.
Thank you for playing!
A refrigerator because I’m always on the cold side and I wear sweatshirts every day in the winter. I usually wear long sleeves in the house in the summer because the AC is running all the time.
I love reubens. My wife doesn’t like sauerkraut so if we split a corned beef sandwich at a restaurant it’s a Rachel (coleslaw instead of sauerkraut).
With my family all around me (and any friends that are there),”I love you.”
Hi, Bestie!
Ah, yes, the refrigerator. I noticed you always have on long sleeves. lol
I didn’t know the coleslaw version was called a Rachel. Cool!
Lovely last words.
Thank you for playing, Court!
