In my neck of the woods (the Great Lakes Area in the US), it’s been hot and humid, but then we had some days in there that felt like an early Autumn. How has it been for you?

Next up, I want to read Finding Me: An Estranged Sisters New Adult Romance Novel (The Defiant Sisters Duet Book 2) by Jacquie Biggar!
I really want to read all of Jacqui Murray’s books!
And I want to finish the Ghost Trapper series. There are so many of them, though.

You had a fun, spooky October with these great reads.
Oooh, I forgot all about Gabriel Byrne! Had the biggest crush on him for a while. 🙂 In September I read a lot, finished the 3rd and 4th in the Brilliant Friend Elena Ferrante books, as well as the last of the 3-Body Problem series. Also a book titled Beautyland.

Oh, my so many books. I don’t remember if I finished the guardian in September or not, but I probably did. It was a great book! We still have a slight summer feeling left where I live, but for a couple of weeks I’m not wearing shorts and I miss doing so. It’s a bit to cold probably for that.
Since I got home from visiting my brother and sister I’ve rarely left the house, though 😂. I really need my rest.
I love getting lost in a great book. It sounds like The Guardian may have been one of those for you. 🙂 It’s cool and perfect for me where I am. I love this weather so much. 🙂

It’s the last day of September but I didn’t even have a chance to pick up a book this month which was mostly because September for us is the start of the school year and the start of so much more that’s new! New routines, new classmates, new teachers, new rules, new workloads and new pressures. We shift gear and move into a more active phase, there’s a bit of freshness in the air and a drive to find momentum after the paradoxically busy and relaxing summer. It seems that this move into autumn can carry this feeling of a new chapter, and fresh horizons more than other seasonal shifts. Thanks for sharing, and happy reading 🙂 Aiva xx
Good morning and Happy last day of September. I’m also from the Great Lakes region, and it’s true, last week felt like a real welcome to Autumn. Today, we can definitely feel that Fall breeze in the air. I wish it could stay like this all year round.
As far as the TV shows list. We love the Lord Of The Rings Series and the same with YellowStone (Although I believe I enjoyed it way more than my wife- RIP is the Best …)
We also enjoy watching The Old Man.
When it comes to movies, I found Beetlejuice 2 a bit disappointing, but I didn’t hate it. I’m feeling a bit anxious about The Crow and The Joker, though—both are among my all-time favorite characters, and I really hope they do them justice without tarnishing their legacy.
