Dear Friends and Readers, I hope you are having a wonderful holiday season! As the new year marches toward us, I thought it was time to change something around here. You see, I was googling something the other day, and to my surprise, I found that there is a “Kymber Writes” (spelled exactly the same way) who pre-dates me by quite a few years.
While I knew for sure my domain (booomcha.com) was uniquely mine, it didn’t occur to me there may be a domain taken as kymberwrites. 🙂 I don’t know if she is the same person, but a “Kymber” also uses kymberwrites as her Twitter handle. The other Kymber (I guess if she pre-dates me, I am the other Kymber haha) looks like a delightful person and although I didn’t contact her, I decided my site should no longer be called “Kymber Writes.”
So, you’ll note I’ve kept my domain as booomcha.com, but the site title was changed to Story Spinner. I did some research and do not know of another site with this name so hopefully, I’m in the clear. 😀
Anyway, I wanted you to know what was happening.
I’m still working on the next chapter, wish me luck! LOL Seb is in trouble with a capital “T.” lol

First off, I hope this goes through. I’m having a heck of a time getting comments through on my IPad, as it’s not letting me do it through my Wordpress account. Ugh, glitches! Anyway, change is sometimes good, and this is a good one. I like it, and it definitely lessens up any confusion there may be. I totally need to catch up. I don’t recall where I left off but I do know I’m terribly behind. Heck, I think I’m still on Kai and Jade. LOL! It’s been a total crap year in 2021, so 2022 had better be better or else! I’m back writing again and just got a new chapter up on my blog last night. Your power couple is back!!! However, there’s still a lot of work to be done to reunite Lenora and Tyrone.

There’s another Kymber Writes? No way, that’s weird! I think a little change can be a good thing though, especially in time for a New Year refresh. It’s really nice of you to change yours, not many people would do that. And I love the new site title, Story Spinner fits really well!

Oh, that is really weird. I thought ‘Kymber’ is quite a unique name or shortcut of a name.
I liked when your site was called Noble Doubt, but then I understand you had a need to include your other writing stuff in the name. But most of all, I loved it when it said booomcha and then ‘Noble Doubt and other stories’: I just love booomcha as both the name and the url, it’s so fun!
I thought the same thing about using Kymber in my site name, but after I posted about this, Bee even found another one on FB, but that one is “Kimber Writes.” 😀
I liked it when it was just called Noble Doubt, too, but I didn’t want to open other sites for all my writing, so then we had booomcha. And I’d forgotten Noble Doubt and Other Stories. lol I’m so tickled you like booomcha. Maybe I should have stayed with that. hahaha 😀

No worries at all! LOL 😀 Yes, I’ve debated on showing pics of myself in my garb. I’m a little shy about it. haha But it’s so fun.
I’d like to see pics, I’m sure your outfits are amazing. I love everything that is connected to history, and when we lived in the south of France, in Provence, we (my kids and I – no way my military husband would do it!) participated every year in a medieval festival where we paraded through the streets dressed in garb that were lent to us by a historical society. I was even in the local magazine once! TThat was my brief exposure to fame 😀

Perhaps I will post photos. I will have to think about it. At our Ren Faire, we have jousting and all kinds of fun. 😀
