Feel free to use this image on your own site!

Hello and happy timezones, kind friends! I have greatly enjoyed your responses to my Get to Know You posts!

So, it’s time. Come sit on my porch for a spell. Tea, lemonade and refreshments will be served shortly.

Here are 3 questions! Let’s go!

Round #46:

  1. Would you say you’re more of an extrovert or an introvert?
  2. How old were you when you had your first celebrity crush, and who was it?
  3. What’s your favorite board/dice/card game? (Pick any or all.)

Here are my answers:

  1. I’m an introvert but feel comfortable speaking to strangers.
  2. I think I was 8 or 9, and it was Shaun Cassidy. LOL
  3. Board game: Clue.
    Dice: Farkle.
    Card: Dutch Blitz.

And now, it’s your turn! If you don’t want to participate, no problem! I’m just glad you’re here. A hello would be fantastic, though! Of course, lurkers are always heartily welcome, too. xo

Thank you so much for reading, liking, lurking, and commenting! You are important!

  1. I am an ambivert, a little bit of each.
My first celebrity crush – don’t really remember except that I was enthralled with Paul McCartney.
I love word games like Scrabble and I love Mahjong.

    1. You never have? That’s really interesting. Are we conditioned to have crushes on celebrities?

That would be fun! I love Scrabble, too. I like playing my older sister, but she is a whiz and always wins! lol

    1. Big time! 🙂 Great answer!

Lynda Carter! I can definitely see why she was your crush. Those eyes and that hair! And her stature, too. What’s not to love?

      I love Monopoly!

I’m glad you liked it. Thank you so much for playing. Happy Friday!

  2. By nature, I’m introverted, and I nurture it. I can function just fine in extroverted situations when I have to. 😬

    Dean Martin. I was 10-ish.

    Board: UpWords
    Dice: Farkle
    Card: Cribbage

  3. Came out of my mother’s womb as an extrovert and never turned back (albeit I’m a rather private person) 👍🏼
Michael Jackson (I used to practice my cursive writing, by writing Mrs. Michael Jackson over and over!) 🥰
A toss up between Scrabble and Monopoly 🎲🎲🎲

    1. Girl! hahahaha Love your answers!

You an extrovert? I never would have guessed. LOL 😀

That’s so cute. I remember doing things like that in penmanship class. lol

      Those are both great games!

Thank you so much, ChickiePotPie, for playing! And a happy Thursday to you!

  4. Definitely an extrovert. My wife used to say after a party, “Are you running for Congress or what?”
Annette Funicello was my first crush. I must have been eleven or so.
Board game – Monopoly. Card – Texas hold ’em. Dice – Craps

    1. LOLOL Your wife is hilarious!

Oh, sweet Annette! She looked like someone beautiful on the inside and out.

I love Monopoly, Texas Hold ’em! I have never played craps.

Thank you so much for playing! Happy Thursday!

  5. Fun questions!
I’ve always been an introvert as I like being at home. If I am out, I can talk to people okay though.
Not sure he was the first celeb. crush, but I liked Ricky Nelson quite a lot.
I love games, but don’t usually have anyone to play them with. I like Scrabble and when my daughter and SIL and grandson is in town we always play a few games. Otherwise I play online one.

    1. I like being at home, too. But we sound similar in that we can talk to people without problems.

Ricky Nelson was such a cutie! And his music was great, too!

Scrabble is fun. I play some games on my phone as well.

Thank you so much for playing! Happy Thursday!

  6. Probably more of an introvert on the whole, though I do have my extrovert moments at times.
Probably, about 8 years old, and like many boys of that time from the UK, it was Jet from ITV’s Gladiators.
My favourite board game is probably Cluedo (or Clue as it is known in the USA).

  7. I’m the social butterfly of the family
    Not sure, maybe David Cassidy
Mahjong is my favorite “board” game
    Phase one for card games
    Yahtzee for dice!

    1. I can see that, Kim. I love hearing about the things you do while on road trips. Seems there’s always adventures. 🙂

      David Cassidy was so cute!

I like Phase One. And Yahtzee, too!

Thank you so much for playing! Happy Thursday!

  8. I, too, am mostly an introvert. I’m fine being around my library people, but would rather not be in crowds of strangers. My wife’s company Christmas parties are exhausting. I like being alone, or at least in smaller groups of people whom I love.
I’m not sure how old I was. When I check the dates of the TV show, it ran from 1961 to 1969. So I will guess that I was around ten years old, but maybe a bit younger. The TV show was The Avengers (NOT the Marvel comics), and the celebrity crush was Diana Rigg, who played Emma Peel in the show. My heart still flutters when I see her. LOL!
I rarely play board games, anymore. I used to like Risk quite a bit. I like Monopoly, but that games causes fights in my house. LOL! The only dice game I’m really familiar with is Yahtzee, which is fun. As for card games, does Cards Against Humanity count? That’s a guilty pleasure. I love that game. It’s terrible, highly inappropriate, and requires all filters to be completely shut off, but I have never laughed so hard playing a game. Oh, and having just read Willie’s response, I will throw in that I love Forty-Two, a dominoes game. I will play that anytime, anywhere.

    1. Yes, it really does sound like you’re introverted. I think I must just be barely introverted because I like Christmas parties like that.

Diana Rigg was gorgeous! I loved her later works, too. But I can definitely see why she was your crush.

Monopoly causes fights!! hahahahaha Oh, that made me laugh. 😀 Cards Against Humanity definitely counts. My son likes that one a lot but I haven’t played in a long time. I haven’t heard of Forty-Two but I love dominos games, so I’ll be looking that up.

Thank you so much for playing! Happy Thursday!

  9. Well this was a fun read. I never heard of Farkle.

    1) I am definitely an Introvert but when I am not face to face, I can text and message and comment like there is no tomorrow. I believe it comes from my shyness and insecurity.

    2) I was probably 11 or 12 years old .
My first crush – She is still my celebrity crush, Elizabeth Shue .

    3) I don’t play many game but if I was to pick any, it would be, Monopoly, Dominos and Uno. Although my boys lately have gotten us hooked up Cards Against Humanity.

    1. Farkle is so much fun! It might be a local kind of game, I’m not sure.

      1) Oh, I so know what you mean. I’m a lot like that, too.

      2) Elizabeth Shue! She is so classy.

      3) I like those games, too. Cards Against Humanity is a game my son really likes. lol

Thank you so much for playing! Happy Thursday!
