Many of you who have been here for a long while, might remember Leo Capra, the 2nd Generation Heir of my story Noble Doubt. It was back when I’d only written 30 chapters of my Sims Legacy, and so, he is one of my favorites.
Leo Capra was the son of Liev Capra and Memphis Noble Capra (who was my 1st Generation/Founder of ND). As a young child. Leo was a bit of a kleptomaniac, and his parents often made him return those objects. But Leo was also a child prodigy with songwriting, guitar, and piano. Music was his life.
So was Jilly (who he affectionately called “Jillybean”), his twin sister. She was supposed to be the Generation 2 Heir, but sadly, something changed the course of their lives forever.
Leo never quite recovered from what happened with Jilly, and he wrote many songs about her with his band “Accidental Therapy.” In that rock band, he soared to fame, and as a single father to daughter Blue, he soared even higher.
This post is dedicated to his memory.
A memory of Leo & twin sister, Jillybean. They were always together.
Leo’s notebook from High School with a message from Jilly. She tried so hard to keep him out of trouble.

One thing I have learned over the years is that Leo was a favorite to many of you. As of this date, he has appeared in two other stories besides Noble Doubt.
You can find Leo and Jilly in Bee’s story at Stories by Bee. In Bee’s story, Jilly is a friend of her character Jade Bell. Jilly appears in several chapters, beginning with “Camp I Can So Much To Tell you.” Leo first appears later, here: “Chapter 2 Dear Jilly/ Our New Life.”
The other story he appears in is called Forever in Time by Nise Dreamweaver. The first chapter Leo appears in is here: “Forever in Time: Chapter 62, Life Changes, Part 1.”
RIP, Leo.
Please share your favorite Leo memories, if you have them! 🙂

Kymber you are beyond talented! I love how you bring everyone to life.
Awww thank you so much. I really appreciate your kind words. Leo was so much fun. 🙂 xo
You are more than welcome!
WOW Kymber, this is a powerful series about Leo’s character. I loved the way you wove such reality into his life and those around him. Girl, what an imagination you have. You really brought his life to “life!” You go Chickie Pie! 🎵🎸🎶
That was fun, Kymber. What an amazing dive into one of your characters. 🙂 Loved it.
Wow! You really get into your characters!
I wasn’t familiar with this character, but what a fantastic tribute post to him. The graphics are great!
HI Kymber, I don’t know these characters so it was great to learn about them today. The graphics are fabulous.
What a wonderful coincidence to see a Leo tribute pop up in my inbox when I’ve just put my own story back up! Noble Doubt was always one of my most-loved stories – there was such a distinctive look about your characters and the way you framed the legacy story through the journal that I found really special. Leo’s generation was my favourite of the four I had read up to that point, and I remember being so inspired by the way you grew your characters and dealt so beautifully with hard topics like Jilly’s death and being a single dad to Blue.
Reading about Leo Capra brings a flood of emotions. The intricacies of his character, from his kleptomaniac tendencies to his profound musical talents, paint a vivid portrait of a young man full of life and complexities. The bond with his twin, Jilly, and the subsequent tragedy only deepens the poignant narrative. It’s heartwarming to see how he channeled his pain and love into his music, propelling him to fame, all while being a devoted father. This dedication to Leo’s memory is a touching tribute to a beautifully crafted character. His journey, through both joy and pain, resonates deeply.
Awww man! This got me to feeling so nostalgic. Talk about Melory Lane. As you know, I absolutely adore Leo. 🙂 <3 He was my favorite character. I think he especially spoke to me because of his dedication to his music. As a classically trained singer and vocalist, I can attest to my singing being my #1 passion, so it makes me feel connected to Leo. I can honestly say he’s my Sim Crush/Sim Heartthrob. 😀 LOLOL!!
As I’ve told you behind the scenes, I’m so thankful you let me borrow Leo for my story. I aodre having him as my special guest, and he is fitting right in with my huge boisterous family. 😀 He’s already appeared in two chapters but we’ll be seeing more of him. It’s awesome to be able to bring him back to life for a while., He’s such a bright spot for my family right now, especially with everything they are going through at this time. I just hope I do him justice. 🙂
An added bonus (hopefully) for me is that maybe, just maybe, I’ll pick up more readers. I work hard on my content to provide an entertaining story and wish I wasn’t being so overlooked. It can be very frustrating and disheartening. 🙁
A favorite Leo memory – I can never narrow these things down to just one. Here are a few although some aren’t so happy.,
When Leo was healed from his illness and seeing everyone’s reactions. Leela held him tight and kept saying how she hoped she wasn’t dreaming. It reminded me of a few soap opera tear-jerker moments. I could totally picture that happening as well as Blue being happily tearful to see Leo healthy. I’m sure it made them all appreciate how fleeting life can be and how much they all love each other.
When Leo was softly playing and singing “Lavender’s Blue” after the nursery for Blue got set up. Gosh, that just choked me up. It was such a sweet and tender moment. He reminded me so much of Tyrone in that moment. 🙂 As young as Leo was to be a father, he stepped up to the plate from Day One, which is totally admirable for a teenaged boy.
When Leo actually did sing “Lavender’s Blue” to Blue and emphasized “Blue.” Then Blue would sing, “Boo!” So stinking cute! I smiled so much my cheeks hurt. LOLOLOL!!
After the accident when Leo woke up and said he knew Jilly was gone because he couldn’t feel her anymore. Oh geez, I about lost it then and there. It made me think of how my quads would feel if one of them died.. It would be such a similar reaction.
When Leo told Blue about Jilly and took her to Jilly’s grave. That was long overdue and although so dang sad, they shared a special moment where Blue felt closer to Leo.
When Leo was at Leela’s bakery and the sink broke. She yelled at him to do something. The poor guy was mechanically challenged and fumbled all over the place. I laughed so hard, it sent my stomach muscles into spasms. LOLOL!!! Too funny!
When Leo locked Marty and Xalen in the bank vault so those two would get it together and talk it out. Only, Marty went into labor and had the twins. LOL!!! Leo could be a schemer when he needed to be. 😀
I’m sure there’s more, but that’s all I could think of at the moment. This is definitely overkill, but I’m so extra that way. 😀
I hope I can add some more memories for Leo while hanging out with my crazy, musical, Supernatural bunch. 🙂 Thank goodness he’s no Holden. LMAO!!!!!
Ah, I probably should’ve used spoiler tags for these tidbits, but I’m not sure how to do that on here or even if it’s possible. Back in the day, I think it used to be but with all the updates that’s happened since, who knows?
Ugh! Memory Lane, I meant. Sheesh! One of these days, I’ll learn how to type. LOLOLOL!!
This brought back so many memories! I think a favorite memory of mine was right before the crash that took Jilly. I loved that family.
Biggest Sigh! Okay you know I loved Leo. We had a lot of fun creating his character and story. I loved him because he was Jilly’s twin. Oh Jilly our sweet girl, you were so missed. I especially loved him because he was Blue’s dad, my favourite character of all because she was so much like me. In fact I loved your NOBLE DOUBT story in it’s entirety, as you well know. But you know why I disliked him? Because he was a complete a** to Jade! MY Jade! And for that he gets a lot of down votes. Okay I know it was my idea to cross stories. And it was my idea to make him be like that to my beloved girl, but still! This was a great tribute to him. I hope people find your NOBLE DOUBT story and give this fabulous story a read. Next to your SECRETS IN THE BLOOD published book, it was my favourite story I’ve read online. Oh wait equal to my own! hahahahahaa, nah I liked yours way better.
Leo is a force of nature, isn’t he. Wow.
